Twelve years sales experience: selling real estate for Frederick Real Estate Group, LLC, life insurance for American Amicable and advancing as a General Agent, managing my own insurance agency, for Investor's Life Insurance Company of Nebraska. Worked for Averett University,in Vienna, Virginia as a recruiter, traveling to Quantico, GSA, Fort Belvoir, and Henderson Hall, USMC giving presentations on Averett programs

Technology literate: Twenty years experience working with computers. Taught Introduction to Computers and was a certified Journalism teacher in public schools. Have experience in ad design and publishing, photography and darkroom procedures, web site design and perform my own web mastering on my four web sites

Excellent oral and written communication skills and negotiating skills, 13 years experience teaching communication skills in all grades 7-12. Taught Speech and sponsored many interscholastic competitions pertaining to Journalism, Speech, Writing Skills and Debate. Was an editor for Richey International in Chevy Chase. Three times published. (one newspaper and two magazines, made front cover story in Antique Review magazine. These experiences have given me an edge in negotiating abilities and effective ad writing
