My services to prospective tenants are FREE. I will gladly show you any property I e-mail to you. I am paid by the landlords to procure a qualified tenant for them.
My free services for tenants include:
Emailing lists of properties to you
Showing you properties you wish to see
Researching for information on properties
Providing you with necessary rental applications
Negotiating on your behalf, rental rates, deposits, move in dates, needed repairs,etc.
Going over the lease agreement with you and adding any necessary addendums
Assisting you through the final walk through inspection, distribution of keys, turn over of utilities, and copy of the signed lease and inspection.
