The service Teresa provides to her client(s) (landlords/owners) is a direct way of marketing and securing a qualified tenant over the shortest time possible at the least expense possible.
Upon securing her services, she will do all the marketing, showing, screening (detailed application process) as well as provide the completed lease documents for your rental property. She does not manage the property allowing her to keep her fees to a minimum and avoid any annual or monthly fees or charges. Also, as a landlord/owner you will not have to pay any annual fees when tenant(s) renew for additional lease terms. All fees ar one time for placement of a Tenant and no fee is charged until a Tenant has been secured.
Also, she will view your property prior to making any commitments on your behalf. This consultation is free and will assist in determining the value of your rental property as well as help her in identifying the property features for marketing purposes. Please note, a viewing of the rental property is required prior to any marketing or agreements being made.
